does the onboard amp for volume work in wired mode or does it just pass threw from the audio source?

I wouldn't know because I gave the aux that it came with to my brother and I don't have a spare to check at the moment. I wouldn't recommend using wired mode though since it's 16 bit audio vs bluetooth's 32 bit

@@toddlerwipes on my sony ult, the bluetooth mode adds some static no matter what and not with wired mode. do they just suck, or do all bluetooth headphones have some static. should i try better bluetooth headphones?

Definitely not all Bluetooth headphones have static. I don't hear anything with mine but I only have them connected to my computer and phone. In your case I'd look for a different pair of headphones. These are more gimmicky than anything else. They're good but not worth the price. Just kinda fun to have but not versatile in its uses.

The head sits too low when you use other heads. And if it's too big then it clips through the sonic head. But the half bone got taken off marketplace. My new recommendations for the items that got removed are in my pinned comment

@@Sonex1512 I don't know if this is the case for you, but there's a darker shade of blue that covers the sonic avatar like shorts. I heard that was one of the reasons the original avatar (the one I used in this video) had been removed. There's no way to remove that. Most avatars have some form of that
