Before you start running, strengthen your legs, core and your butt for at least 2 months. Start with brisk walking, then walk run. Don't overdo it. You have to continue with strength training. Wear good running shoes and don't run on the same side of the road.

I wonder if for lunch he doesn't eat roti-sabji and just eats bread with potatoes😂. Breakfast should be heavy, and dinner should be light. I don't think we should rely on external sources for glucose every day, because the body won't naturally produce enough on its own. why jaggery too much?. I always wonder for just one and half hour workout people eats this and that like 110gm protein everyday after that supplements and falana dhimaka. if somebody is not doing bodybuilding then why this much. कहां लेके जाएगा रे इतना मसल भाई.

1. 80% rule , portion control - consume less calories - Avoid 100% full eating 2. Eliminating add ons : ketchups , sauces , syrups - stop snacking after dinner - make homemade sauces - brush your teeth after dinner so that you will not eat anything 3. NEAT ( Non exercising activity thermogenesis ) - can lose 18 kgs within a year by doing this - walk 10k steps / day = lose 18 kgs / yr
