Hi I have had long term lower back pain which got a lot worse from inactivity during covid lockdown. I was diagnosed with DDD and then facet joint arthritis (L5 S1) but the pain appears to be coming from the ligaments between the posterior heads of the iliac crest / sacrum area and the left SI joint area sometimes it radiates into my lower back causing spasms or into my left buttock.I'm now waiting for a si joint injection but i'm not convinced its the right diagnosis? any advice welcome.

Bpc 157 gives me little pain and inflammation reduction. It actually increases it due to (I'm assuming) higher binding affinity then other anti inflammatory being taken that have a grater effect. Tb 500 however works wonders!
