X5 G05. I do not have the assisting drive button on my wheel, but i do have a radar in my bumper. Can i activate assisted drive mode and/or active cruise control? How? I do have the possibility to buy in the bmw app (just software) so i assume it can be done with only coding?

Took me a total of 3 minutes per cap to replace. Moved the mirror down, skinny flathead to release the clips and the rest came right off.

I like Bimmercode for a lot of things, but my 2022 didn't need help to get to the Sport+ mode. What I'd really like to see is something that lets me create custom dashboards, with better options that I get in any of the standard ones.

Luke can you please tell me what is the last configuration you tried to showed. I was not able to have the Sport Plus reflected in in the cluster as you showed it only in the infotainment.

Thank you for the video. Unlocked it today on my G05. My car is from 2018, but this option only came in 2019 even though i had all the hardware. Do you know how the code the option for automatic lane change? Keep up the good work!!

Restore it and try coding it again, should work if all coded correctly. if the same issue occurs then the car proably doesnt have the feature. But code again and make sure all codes are done correctly. Turn off car and also reset idrive by holding the volume button for 15 seconds until the idrive screen resets Good luck

you sir, are a genius. its for cars with running idrive 7. Cars with idrive 6 require the parking button to be pressed down continuously. Im going to try this on my 5 series.

Thanks so much, works in my 2019 M850i with an OBDLINK CX adapter. Just need to then go into the Idrive Driver assistance setting and enable to instrument cluster view

Does the vehicle now actually go as fast as the new max speed of 210mph? Or does it still max at 160mph regardless of which face you use?

It parks on its own when it detects metal object in left n right n never accurately parks bcoz of either side metal detected. Only feature i guess is slightly useful is automatically reversing tht too upto 160ft

You need to download the bimmercode app and buy obdlink mx+ adapter and code it, its very easy, you can check my other coding videos and see how it looks like

@@TheCCosti no it doesnt void the cars warranty its just a display, when you go for a service just put back the original screen and change it back after.

Yes thats normal just go to settings and re enter it or unclick and click on set auto time date it will go back to normal

tried to code my 2022 x5 m sport xdrive 40i today. everything worked but, I did not see the front electronic module and rear electronic module options. its not like they were there and I couldn't go in them, they were completely missing from the list. can anyone help? thanks

Hey hope you see this comment, are you able to tell me why my 2019 x5 G05 didn’t come with a display key? They said it never had one but wondering if possible to get one somehow though

I think it comes down to what packs you have on the car. I have the ‘tech pack’ and I have the key. I’m pretty sure that’s what you need to have. (IMHO the display key is a waste of time anyway, I’ve never used it).
