Hey Daryl, the angle can be deceiving for sure! But the space in this van is actually rather open, and the bed area is quite large. So there's plenty of room between where your head would rest on the pillow and the underside of the cabinets to lean back and watch the projector screen. Our team always designs with functional use in mind, so the cabinets definitely do not come down low enough to obstruct your view.

Hi there! This conversion cost about $188K, not including the price of the van. But this build does have a large battery system, solar, and a large fuel tank for off-grid living, making it a bit of a more costly conversion.

Hey Bruce! Great questions. On Eco mode, the battery will allow the A/C to run for 7 hours, before draining the battery system to 50%. On max cooling mode, it'll drain the battery system to 50% after 4 hours. We didn't install an extra alternator, but our clients did purchase an extra one when they bought their van from the dealer. This is an option when purchasing a van through a dealer, and we do recommend clients add the extra alternator for better battery support.
