Crazy to think that I was at this show 10 years ago and my wife (who is NOT a ska 🎺fan) was at this show with me. I completely enjoyed it, and my wife was completely bored 🥱. Good times🤣..

I went to this show but never saw this video until today! I've been to at least 150 shows, seen FIF at least 15 times and I still think this is my all-time favorite! Thank you for uploading this years ago. Excited to see them play again this Friday in Denver!

You're welcome! I was lucky enough to attend there final show at the Filmore and the Kickstarter show. Those have been my only two love shows and I cherish them! I'm glad everyone else enjoys this video too!

I was using a Nikon D90 for the hand held shots and a Sony NEX5R for the tripod steady shot. For audio I was actually using a Zoom H2n and synced them all in Premiere Pro.

They are both technically still cameras that can shoot video. The D90 is a DSLR and the NEX5R is a mirrorless interchangeable lens format camera. The H2n is a portable field audio recorder, I used it for the FIF Kickstarter show as well. Did you have any specific questions about the setup?

That reply came from my little sis who...apparently likes to play with my phone notifications. I guess we're both interested. The H2n interests me more than the camera. Especially with the great way that it picks up the bass during the performance. Probably a strictly "online-only" kind of buy. But it'd be well worth it to record some of my band's gigs if we were in a recording pinch.

The H2n is a bit aged at this point but still does a great job. If you're in a band, I would consider the H6. It can record up to 6 independent mono wav files which can be played back in any combination immediately.

These FIF fans never disappoint and always create life in these guys! I love their live albums, so emotional. I wish i knew about their kickstarter gig. Nonetheless i'm happy their goal was met.
