@Sodiumreactor well my 2006 gmc serra 2500 is great off road so far ive only ever got stuck once and ive had in since 2008 and that was cuz i went way to slow through the mud so u can think what ever u want cuz my truck goes through shit my friends can with there little 1500s

@steveMCHS No they are not. They are too heavy on the front end right off the bat. They have massive torque which 90% of diesel drivers cant control properly while off road, so they end up burrying themselves. They are NOT good for off road. Ideal off road engine for pickup truck = V-8 gas

Generally speaking , its alot easier to pull someone out by going back the way they came, instead of ahead the way they couldnt make it. Also, its better to pull going downhill than up. Finally, a diesel just isnt that great off road in the first place.
