Thanks for this, I'm considering getting one to repaint my soffits. I don't like heights and find a ladder difficult to work on anyway even at low levels. Is there much movement/wobbling when you are moving around at the top?

Does not make sense how you fit ladder mechanism inside wooden outer frame and then screw through wooden frame to secure to ceiling woodwork surround ? Surely easier to bolt ladder mechanism once supporting frame is secured in place level with ceiling
