We have caravans with these appliances. The reason this caravan doesn’t is because it is the cheapest caravan you can buy, therefore very basic.

esto no es una casa, esto es una caravana, en la que te quedas durante las vacaciones, obtienes lavanderías en sitios como estos y el refrigerador ya está instalado, que está debajo del mostrador, esta es la caravana más barata del parque que venden. Las caravanas de gama alta tienen lavavajillas. lavadora integrada y frigorífico-congelador

Hi Dave, thanks for your comment. This one sold for £120,000 but the original owners have upgraded into a twin lodge only after 2 months of owning it. So now it is available for sale again at £99,995. Pitch fee, rates, and insurance is around £8000 annually.

There are no plans no, that’s a 18-hole golf course, so we can’t build on it. We would more than likely expand further south instead of west.

Owners can let-out their lodge when they are not using it themselves, this is a great way to cover any costs. We our a 12 months site and you can let out for the full duration of the season.

We are a Holiday Park not Residential, meaning you have to own/rent a real address outside of your Holiday Lodge. You can stay on our park for up to 28 days, after that you have to spend the night in your residential property. Then you can come back and stay another 28 days.

Brean, North somerset at Holiday Resort Unity :) This Holiday Home is quite a jump for a first time buyer. I normally recommend starting with something pre-owned to make sure you enjoy the lifestyle first before spending lots of money on something new :)

❤ I love it, I would need to change 3 things the burning stove I need it real, the dishwasher I need the drawer one, the one in the house those hurt my back. Finally I need a better bathroom in the master the tube I need the one for someone who is disabled. I could see me taking the extra beds out of both the small bedrooms. Other then that I love it ❤
