50 ml = 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp. That's 2 tsp less than 1/4 c. If your batter's too wet, that's why.

Am I the only one to wonder why a yoghurt dessert is called 'cheesecake' when it doesn't contain any cheese. Sounds nice but personally I'd be adding marscapone to the yoghurt mix to actually make it a cheesecake (which is a favourite of mine I confess)

I'm not exactly sure how much sugar is in this Oikos Greek yogurt, but it's probably around 5g to 10g. If you're using plain yogurt, you can add about 5g to 10g of sugar.
