first time I hear about the term "socially intelligent", checked it out and "socially intelligent person" turns out it literally means an obedient slave but with kind words... to be a good engineer you need facts and logic, not social skills or emotions... you are paid to do your job correctly, not to become friends with your coworkers... focusing on stuff like this is what broke the engineering world and why so many things are not as they should be lately...

Lots of words for essentially what is an autistic loner. To be fair, only good engineers are autistic loners. Makes it easier for businessmen and infiltrators to swindle them too. But hey, if letting yourself be taken advantage of is better than being a “slave” then by all means, be an autistic loner.

i do have a situacion which is very similar to ur experince but the difference is its not in the work space but i can take something away from this video beacuase lets be honest the only thing u can do its just dont do something stupid that is gonna make u look bad and keep ur distance.

Good tips. I basically had to learn to slow down, way down. There was a meditation book I liked called 30 Days to Overcome Procrastination by Corin Devaso.

There's no such thing as "nucular". It's "nuclear". :-) The reason they don't like nuclear here in Australia is crazy, irrational thinking. There's a lot of it. If the state did all of the billing, etc, it would probably be even more expensive, because they are completely incompetent.

You definitely could print and laminate it. Ironically I don't have a printer or laminator so the $0.10 of plastic was cheaper for me. The plastic also has last years and shows no signs of stopping

You generate the .png (qifi.org/) Convert it to SVG (for import into CAD, convertio.co/png-svg/) Model it in CAD (Fusion 360 Hobbyist is what I use) Printed on Prusa Mk3S printer
