Theres over 60 plots on site so theres always going to be a few for sale. Some are simply selling the smaller home to move into a larger one on the same site

We are looking at retirement age in a few years time and hopefully move permanently from Uk to somewhere Europe providing we can get a long stay visa. The income requirement for Spain is much higher than it is in France and Portugal. So that has put us off Spain.

Hi Andrew, there are no more than usual for this time of year, its just that we have taken over the advertising for this park so it looks like theres suddenly a lot as we are have posted them all up recently

@lanaCook-zu3dw Yes, CITS responded. The 'van is £80k and site fees are nearly €6k. Somewhat over the top in my opinion.
