I have really terrible thanatophobic panic attacks, specifically about unpreventable or untreatable terminal illness, and this video always helps me think about the tens of thousands of men who make up the choruses in desolate plains across the waves, how it will be ok, that I am already so lucky to live 13 years with loving family and friends in the period of human history with the best quality of life and treatment for a vast majority of diseases. And still my fears continue, but this video calms them a lot. Thank you.
