I have severe SI joint arthritis and I let the doctor talk me into having the injections and I swear it brought my immune system down the steroids. I know it did and in the last month I've been consuming my 4 oz of broccoli sprouts daily. Throw them in a smoothie made from green juice, a little frozen strawberries, a half a banana, and 4 oz. Of the microgreens broccoli. And I can tell you today that I am less inflamed meaning my arthritis has tapped down. I totally am now a believer and no it's medicinal for my body. Can't speak for anybody else's body that I can actually at 5:00 walk across the room without balling which 6 weeks ago my husband could contend that I could not do anything after 5:30 cuz the arthritis was so jacked up. And yes, it's all what you ingest it's all what you ingest use herbs microgreens green juice to help with your inflammation to read it and stop eating dead food

Love sprouts, easier to chew than lettuce and other greens. Love Doug, he taught me how to grow them and I save money by not buying all those greens that took soo much room in my fridge. Good information from two men that care about people’s health.

It’s not correct. You need to make a full turn and lock the line over the turn. If you do it like this that boat will not be there tomorrow even with moderate chop….

I disagree. But when all you operate is an outboard and the prop moves with the steering vs an inboard where the rudder is behind the prop. The guide ons are nice to have. I have a tiller steer too and it’s a pain with out them

@@primetymeviews I will always prefer to have them. When you have wind conditions, and currents working aginst you, you use the guide poles as you turn point. Some days im launching and recovering 3 to 6 boats, all brand new for water tests prior to sale. As well as vallet service for customers getting service done to their boats so the trailer isnt always the one built for their boat. Everything from 19ft jet boats to 35ft dual station twin and tripple outboards. I have never found myself in a situation where i said, "itd be great if i didnt have guide poles on the trailer"

The part of the line you’re using to tie the knot is the working/running end, not the standing/bitter end. It’s confusing without more to the video. Otherwise, yes, that’s how I tie off my boat to a dock cleat, using the other end, the looped end of the line, on my boat cleat.

In what world would hitting one of those posts make your boat suddenly turn 90 degrees. You would have to be doing something very wrong. Seems like personal preference being blown out of proportion to sound like expert advice.

To clarify the impromptu hand gestures are not to scale. While a new boater may find the guide poles useful it is my opinion that having the extra both length to readjust is more useful for someone who wants to get on and off the water effectively.

Round turn and 3 Figure 8s. Will hold and won’t bind. Additionally, while working lines alongside a pier or other boat the round turn and figure 8 will allow a person to work the line while meeting the boat driver’s needs. What you got there may size up and hang your boat on a low tide. Not to mention be next to impossible to remove should it get wet and freeze.

If I remember correctly, technically, you do not need to "lock" a cleat for it to be correct. Technically, i remember a cleat hitch being just a series of figure 8's. Because under heavy load, a cleat tied as shown will still bind.
