Jio Network system is very poor. In fact Jio Network is cheating customer. When I use Network at mid night 30-40 minutes there will be a notifications informing that your 50% of data used. And this is cheating.

I have two fiber connections: one is inactive, and the other has been in use for the last 2 years. Unfortunately, I mistakenly paid the monthly subscription charges for the inactive fiber connection, which is in my wife's name. When I called customer care, I had the worst experience ever. The first executive, who spoke Malayalam, disconnected my call without providing a resolution. So, I called customer care again, where the executive who answered only spoke Hindi or English, even though I had selected Malayalam as the IVR language. I proceeded with English.I explained my concern to her and requested a refund or transfer of the amount paid to my inactive account to the active one. She neither supported my request nor spoke to me courteously. I mentioned that I would escalate this issue to the CEO, but she told me to go ahead if I wanted support, as there was nothing customer care could do. What kind of customer service is this? I'm now searching for the CEO's email ID! If anyone has it, please share.My JioFiber connection number is 4843505846.
