I can't understand this story , the person says there are 67 % white , 13% Hispanic, 13 % Black, 4% asianand and 1% native amrican . Where is the rest of 2%?

Governments should only help the disabled; everyone else should work and strive. The Democratic Party needs to look at communist countries; if they want a better America, they shouldn’t do what the communists do. If they want to know what racial discrimination is like, they should live in Cuba for just one year, but as an ordinary Cuban. Long live freedom!”
