ehara i te me nā te māuiui ahau i kore moe ai engari mārama pai ahau ki tēnei mea te kore moe. i have been karore haere to 7 counties 13 sept to 10 oct. body clock is playing up. i usually sleep at about 11 and wake at 5ish. raro was our last stop, 6 days, and i thought cos its 23 hours difference it would fix me up for when i get home. but nah not even. been waking at 2am constantly and then 430ish. so ive been going to the ngawha at like 4-5 am. he mea nui te moe e ai ki nga rata. i am grateful for my 5-6 hours moe tawh. kia kaha koe. @kara next time im in welly's im keen on that kaikai place. arohanui mai i rotorua.
