Sounds Exhausting.

I generally concur with statements made here. So, there is a non-duality / recovery speaker named Paul Hedderman here on YT who offers an insight that I think may figure into all this and that insight involves the recognition that the prior being that we are has been duped by the separate sense of self that we all have in common. This self centered activity of the mind (he calls selfing) is a parasitic installation with its own agenda...very interesting. Maybe listen to a couple broadcasts of his talks to get a sense of the idea. When this self is seen as something foreign to our true nature there opens the possibility to be free of it, but you see this 'self' speaks to us as if it IS us when it is not.. He speaks matter of fact not bringing 'spiritual' issues into the mix but I found his transmission to be a key. The only way to get out of an imaginary place is to see it as imaginary. One does not have to return back for a second look to a mirage for water once it is known that it is a mirage. Regarding this false self... unless you see it you will see FROM it.

My first impression was metal triangles that fit together in a sphere. My drawing doesn't match and I thought the sphere itself was metal, but I tried to limit it to what my very first thought was and did not continue to try to connect to it after he said go with your first impression.
