WoW! I'm experiencing the same thing and I have a Camry with the same original color as you. Dealership wants 3500.00 to fix the issue (top/roof and both (left and right) side/quarter panels with lifetime guarantee...have a 3 page quote on what they have to remove and reinstall...arrrrrrr. Alas, I must admit, the place/dealership does EXCELLENT work (they repaired a hit and run rear trunk/bumper issue and did a BEAUTIFUL job.) But meanwhile. I feel like a "ping-pong ball"....The dealership told me to call Toyota Corporate. Called Toyota corporate and they "suggested" I speak with the "customer relations manager" back at the dealership to "try to work out a deal" or, go to ANOTHER dealership and see what "they say"....geeze... my Camry is a 2012, in MINT condition including the new car smell which, btw is NOT the "new car smell scent spray". At first, I thought it was bird crap on my roof BUT, upon closer examination to discover it's the frickin' clear coat. Needless to say, I'm not happy. Now toyotas and other vehicles they do (listed below) with WHITE PAINT and a PEARL WHITE paint for the following models/years: 2008-2009 Lexus GX 470 2008-2017 Toyota Avalon 2008-2017 Toyota Camry 2008-2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid 2008-2017 Toyota RAV4 2009-2018 Toyota Corolla 2010-2015 Toyota 4Runner 2011-2015 Scion xB 2012-2015 Scion iQ They [toyota] have a new "warranty enhancement program" that covers the following years and models of vehicles with the original Blizzard Pearl or Super White paint.
