Hello John long time no speak how your doing well and your being kept busy too anyway where's the best place you've found for dimple bump keys and they are expensive as well so if you've got any recommendations that would be appreciated. Many thanks John 👍

yes, I tried that but unfortunately because it is a nipple shaped piece of metal at the end creating a slight gap on the left and the right with the a 0:01 tention Tool fits. I need something as wide as the key as thin as the tension wrench to be able to push it back straight and even and then engage all the different parts. I'm planning to make one I will keep you posted. in other Locks that is just a round gap with a line gap either side, but this has got metal protruding so that it has to be pushed back before a wide tension. Reg will fit in the gap either side of the circular area. Thanks for the feedback.

Take an existing key, leaving the tip intact, grind off most of one edge. Now is a tensioner that will push the back...this is done sometimes for rear tensioning locks like the Chubb AVA (you can see LockNoob's video where he demonstrates)

What do you find more secure against both non destructive and destructive entry between the abs ultimate and the ultion WXM cylinders? I know both means of entry with both locks and personally think the WXM is more secure

I greet you well Chris and thankyou for your feed back. yes all locks are not easy to Bump and although I did this three times before making the video I struggled on the video and then when I got the shorter key I did it very quickly but was unable to do it again on video when I wanted to. A tension Tool would be perfect working tool once the key is removed to turn the cylinder while engaging the cam. I would suggest not using WD-40 but instead GTA 85 spray for all your luck needs

It does sound like you are putting to much pressure on the blade, just let it bounce on the pins while pulsing the tension tool, EPG is more luck than a skill when you think about it, yes you do have to know what you are doing some some skill is involved. Also, I think you are just trying blades thinking it's a magic wand, practice with one that you feel is working or sounding the best, also maybe try picking ACW some locks will go easier that way. I can pick these, and I am not the best around, but with a bit of practising, it will go. Good luck 👍

hello, i appreciate the feedback and advice thankyou. I have been struggling with single pin, picking raking and bumping and now the electric one as a last resort. If you have the time, I would very much appreciate you showing me the technique I should use as I have had very limited success, although some success with the Electric pic so would be open to suggestions advice and potentially a little video if you have the time. But beyond that thank you for your information and feedback it is appreciated

Sorry mate, I'm going to have to call it. That is not how you should use an electric pick gun. You will just burn out the motor or snap the blades. It can be used as a technique but not the first one to go to.

@2MSecurity
@2MSecurity 6 ай бұрын
hi, this is an excellent question whether you are a customer going direct to a supplier or a Locksmith or even me there is absolutely no minimum whatsoever you could buy a single lock for one door from a supplier, Locksmith or me or you could order larger amounts either made to fit one key or individual keys. There really is absolutely no limit. I have and I know I will get criticised by Locksmith but I don't care because I have an enormously wide range of services and products provide 27 Trade accounts, and not a single one of them has ever demanded that I buy a minimum quantity of Locks. That said, if I do buy several or large quantities, I often get offered a discount. If you are going to be a potential customer, then you can buy one lock from me or you can buy multiples and I will always offer competitive prices and larger discounts for larger purchases, but to reiterate, my point, there is no minimum, and if anybody tells you otherwise they are trying to rip you off plain and simple undisputed fact. Thank you for this excellent question and your supportive and positive comment

so in reply to your comment from the angle that I attached the video and description which seems to be missed by most people commenting. I do carry a janitors style, bunch of 27 keys, but I also have three small bunches of Master Keys, one of which I have absolute control over patent and reproduction of keys, and the other, I actually own the patent of the master suite systems, respectively, which was the original descriptive interest in my video, which people seem to be missing the entire point of except for you, so I thank you and I applaud you

@@seanbakley they are attached on one belt loop with a split ring end of the other belt loop with one of those keyrings you can take them off and on on with so even if I drop them then they just don't go from my belt. I have attached an Apple AirTag to them and yes twice I have "oh shit moment " where for about one minute I actually panicked because I did not know where they were. it is terrifying so now they are permanently attached to my waist.

John see all those mortise locks i sent you the pic of well some of them the Phillips screws where solid to the point of sheering the tips of 2 screwdrivers they weren't expensive screwdrivers but they weren't the worst either i was using alot of force i had mortise lock on the ground adopting alot of weight and torque to the screwdriver and the tip sheered off 2 anyway my way round this was i got my Dremel well copy dremmel type tool now the screwdriver was gubbed and so was the screw now i made a slot one way and used a flat head and i got them out work a treat just a tip

I have just picked up this comment and I have seen this process done several times before and it is excellent. It's very clever idea and in fact yesterday which was Saturday when I was helping Fit for Locks into four new doors where there were not Locks before we had to get the key out of one of the door frames and it was jammed solid and the Carpenter did exactly what you said although he used a file and then I saw to cut a groove, turning it from a Phillips to a flathead screwdriver type and we got it out so an excellent tip thank you. I have seen it done before and your demonstration shows I should adopt this method.

For locksmiths the Era Fortress is a very easy lock to pick. In fact i usually just overlift the levers and this is very effective. The tolerences in the levers are terrible. For a budget lock they are good and offer a decent level of security. The reason that these can be tricky is the levers are made of a terrible cast material that gives a very bad feedback through the lever pick. Nice content 👌

oh thank you for your comment, I did find the most interesting but in reply now I did not mess up 20 years in catering. I enjoyed my career but decided that it was no longer for me because the money was not enough and I was not progressing on the route I wanted to. It is interesting you say plasterer. No there is no confusion there I'm definitely Locksmith but I've just demonstrating many different examples of the tools that would not immediately be obvious to people as tools that you can use for bypassing Locks. There is all illustrating nothing more, nothing less, but I have found these exceptionally useful in trying to gain entry in various scenarios, so I thought I would share them.

in tne 80's film "Thunderheart" the Native American Indian says, white man walks "heel-toe" meaning he puts his heel down first then his toes, where Native American Indians used to put their toes down 1st to walk softly and quietly on hard terrain. In this video, I am using a tool called a "toe - heel" which is designed to lift the levers one by one so that you may slide a wire between them and lift them all to release the lock. Sorry about the delay. I've just caught up with messages. Please do feel free to ask any more questions and you can email me at [email protected]
