The honest reviews website I read had a ton of reviews like this, tons of irritation & saying their hair fell out. On their website it's all 5 star reviews meaning their deleting negative comments

I just went to a website where people can go & post product reviews that can't be deleted & this company has definitely changed. The majority of their complaints are people losing their hair not growing it, not receiving their products or getting refunds or their credid cards getting used without consent. The biggest though is hair falling out, sores on the scalp & they changed their ingredients so some of their products are like neon blue but still say "all natural"

You used too much for sure and maybe you didn’t use it all on your scalp. Is that the extra strength? I buy regular strength and cut it with 1:1 with castor oil.
