ご質問ありがとうございます。結論から言うと、正解は無く自分が使いやすいものを使うのが１番良いと思います。本番の手術で使用出来るものと同じものを使うのが良いかもしれません。右手用は左カーブのものを使用して、左手はメリーランド型の剥離鉗子を使うか、ストレートの持針器を使うか、右カーブの持針器を使うという場合が多いと思います。しかしこれも完全な正解ではなく、そうする人が多いというだけだと思います。 自分としては、持針器で運針する練習のときは持針器を使い、折り鶴を折るときはその他圧排・剥離・把持などの練習としてエネルギーデバイス(リガシュア)と剥離鉗子を使っています。予算に制限が無ければいろいろ買って、自分の１番気に入ったものを見つけるのがいいと思いますが、あまりそこにお金をかけたくなければ、左カーブの持針器とメリーランドでとりあえず練習して、左手での運針が必要な場面が多ければストレートか、右カーブ、お好みのものを購入されると良いかもしれません。 また疑問点があればお気軽にどうぞ！
