I place nearly 40 vehicles at various choke points, then just when I was ready to enter my combat heli all of the cars despawned!! Took me forever to set that up. So I treid just using the heli to defend but my squad stayed behind instead of boarding, so couldn't use the side guns. I could kick a kitten through a fan!

I just killed two of then in less than 2 mins. Easiest way to kill is with the Lodge Blast Sling. Add modifications to sling to increase power.

I did this. Hit it right in the processing unit with a precision arrow. Barely did anything to its health. And plus it nudged its way up into the gras and found me.. What the flying fuck.

I beat them using regular arrows and abit of fire arrows although I them beat the snapmaw it was funny watching them fight each other 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I cheated a bit on this, if you duck under the gap in the fence he struggles to get you and you can pick him off. Takes a bit longer though.

Just leave the quarry and go to the tower where the fire pit is. You can shoot him down from a distance without taking any damage.

You just tearblast the disc launchers and use them to fight him. If you hit your shots with the launchers you have it dead already.If not use fire

How to kill it without using expensive items?

I remember when I entered this battle I had no good sling and no tearing-bow so I was really f-ed hard. Had to cheese my way with the ramp trick

Just kill it near by the area where is surrounded by ravagers.Kill the ravagers first and then use the ravager gun to take down in a second

Quick tip: If possible, get the high ground! A LOT of the Thunderjaw's weak points are exposed once you're taller than them!

Even easier way to kill him is to fast travel back to the top of the quarry (just fast travel via fire pit)… And then you stand and shoot him from the top of the quarry where he is no threat at all to you, except when he fires rocks. Well, Then you just hide behind one of the cranes. Piece of cake
