Sam result would come from doing 30 to failure. If anything doing 100 was just overtraining.

Bullshit. Even with tons of steroids is that kind of transformation impossible within a months time.💩

Nice job. Don't know if you appreciate how GOOD you had it. progressing through a board in a day would be amazing and not something many get to experience.

I'm doing 25 burpees daily. I split them up like 10, 10, & 5 or whatever to get through them in one workout. I'm 34 yrs old & 255 lbs.

Old video but stumbled upon it while looking at BJJ stuff; I go to my first class tonight. I’m curious though. I’ve noticed blue belts at some gyms are very light in color and appear faded, while other gyms have have very dark blue belts. Why is this?

Oh, so you're strong! ♥ lol So cute when your teacher (instructor?) is praising you, but tells you to move away so you don't hear lol This series of videos is so enjoyable, that it doesn't seem like the videos are too long, and then when it's over I'm like "Is it over already?... what, almost 20 minutes wth?"

Great videos dude! Really helping my climbing and getting the balls to do lead as well haha! You seem to be putting in a lot of volume are experiencing any tendon issues? Curious if you've dealt much with that?
@LaurieShaw11 күн бұрын
Thanks mate! Not really, had a little joint pain half way through, but went away in a couple days and no other issues! Been training 2-4 times per week and been smooth sailing (aside from some skin flaps tear)

When I started track when I was in Grade 6, they tested my starting time and it was 16.75, at the end of my 2 month season, my pr was 16.75. I was so annoyed. Every single meet I would say, “that has to be a pr” but no, it wasn’t.

My timings as an untrained person. (Times were clocked by stopwatch, but the surface was grass or mud and no spikes) Age 10: 15.50 seconds - Impressive for a child with no training. Age 16: 13.0 or 13.1 seconds - Strong performance, demonstrating natural speed. Age 20: 13.0 or 13.1 seconds - Good, though indicative of a plateau without further training.

In NJ (USA), boys opening height in a high school meet is 7’0” (2.13m), so to get to almost 8’0” in only 10 days is very respectable. I’d get you over 10’0” in 10 more days 😜. Great video brother. -Coach Dan

I just want all to know here that Jesus Christ is the way of Life. These temporary things and pleasures aren't the prize but being able to spend eternity with The King of all, and everything is the true reward. He will help you have peace that transcends your own understanding and a forgiving and loving heart. He will deliver you from lust, hate, pride, and useless comparisons that do no good to revealing the true nature and character you have within the comforts of The Son of God, through His Holy Spirit. I pray that whoever is reading this may find God. For once, i was lost, but now im found by the unfailing graces and mercy of the Everlasting Father, amen.
