I pre-ordered last year when they first announced. They ship from Europe. I know they are going to officially be at Gen Con this year so they may be busy.

Awesome to see someone do a play through of this. I just bought this for my family last month and even my wife is loving this game. She prefers ticket to ride first journey, so for her to like a more involved ticket to ride is saying something. My big question I have is where did you find those city minis that you have marking the big cities? That is such a cool addition.
