Also without fruit you might experience electrolyte deficiencies, and you might then want to supplement with a ton of salt, but that doesn’t always work. Insulin spikes from fruit encourage absorption of electrolytes and allows your cells to hold onto them. So, I encourage some clean organic fruits like apples, bananas, watermelon, blueberries, etc. berries can be expensive to buy organic, so frozen fruit is also a great option. A high quality, raw and unfiltered honey is also an amazing food to increase metabolism and acquire essential nutrients 👍🏻

Why not fruit? It is extremely nutritious for humans and carbohydrates are ideal for optimal hormone production among other things

You don’t need that. Theres nothing in fish that you can’t find in a better/less toxic form in red meat.

@@Darius28Lim Haha. No different from going medium rare, except instead of the pink only being on the inside, it's on the outside as well. Not recommended with modern pork, but perfectly fine with beef, fish, lamb, chicken.

you have a nice topic, but i think when you discuss similar topics in the future, it's best to focus your discussion in one demographic. for example, a 20 yr old has a totally different priorities compared to a 40 yr old with family to feed. i hope you get the idea. and so when you tackle everything in one video, the discussion becomes shallow.

Makes sense, I get where you're coming from. I should focus more specifically on my target audience (teenagers) in future videos, thanks a lot for the suggestion!

I believe the true meaning of life is doing God's will. Men/Women are never satisfied. That's why we always want more or the next new thing, our emotions always get in the way and only few of us achieve what we think we want and others get caught in the rat race. We all have a purpose, we all have a reason for being here, none of our births where a mistake. One thing you must realize is that God has always loved you, he knows, sees, and hears everything about us all. The ending to this has already been written in the KJV bible, but I'll leave you with this. You must confess that our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, died on the cross for our sins. You must mean it when you say it, from your heart. He will set you free from this world's lies and make you into a new person, you will start to see what is actually going on around you, feeling at peace everyday throught hard times or struggles. Wouldn't you like that? If so, confess it. Never look back and I promise you, you'll wish you'd done it sooner. May God please bless anyone who reads this message entirely, all Glory and Grace be to our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, Amen ❤

I started Paleo about 6 years ago... then moved to Keto a couple of years after, and now I'm on carnivore. Just have 3 meals in 6-8 hours and fast for 16-18 hours. Here's my base plan I adapt depending on my workouts: Breakfast: 300g ground beef cooked with ghee and 5 full eggs Lunch: 500-600g beaf cooked with ghee Dinner (before 4pm): 500-600g beef cooked with ghee Adjust the ghee quantify according to your needs (I consume 60-80g a day... but it can be more if you need).
