I am doing ll this and it does not work. Is there supposed to be a space between = and 1? For example -- DATE_STAMP=1? or DATE_STAMP = 1? Should I change the spacing as it is placed in the original file? Should I place the file inside the Movie file inside Novatek? I have no idea why this is not working but I would appreciate some explanation.

Its not true 4K, its up scaled from a less than 2k sensor. Same for the 2mp photos which are not 40mp
