I had a dog pass a few years who didn’t like other dogs. He passed in my home. Now I have a new dog and she growls often for no reason. I think she can see him.

My dog was hit yesterday and passed immediately. There's still a giant stain in the road that our neighbor tried to wash away and we had to bury him. He was only 1... he got out of the yard and tried to go across the road to greet someone. I just don't understand

I never want to forget my precious little angel, a Yorkie poodle, who passed away 2 weeks ago. I talk to her everyday and feel her presence . She took a piece of my heart and soul with her and Im ok with that. I never experienced grief like this . Im a shattered old man now, at 70, and really have nothing else to live for. Life is short and even shorter for our beloved pets

Sorry but dogs or cats don’t choose to be euthanized. They don’t even know what that is until it’s given to them. Stop justifying killing your pets for the “greater good”. Yes it’s a hard thing to deal with but we don’t kill our elderly when they start to get sick.

I had to euthanise my border collie last Saturday and it’s killing be that I did it too soon or I should have given him time to see if he got better but I think he was telling us he was ready because he was being really stubborn about coming home from walks even though walking was painful and he also refused to get out of hes van that we used to take him to he’s walks I found out on the Friday morning he had kidney failure even though he still went on little walks he wasn’t eating drinking loads and going to toilet in the house 😢 Do you think he was being stubborn because he was telling me it was time to go and that he’d had enough when we took him the next day to be put to sleep he refused to get out of hes van he’s favourite place we took that as a clear sign he wanted to pass in hes van which he did the vet was lovely and had to climb around in a muddy wet hairy van to put him to sleep it was very peaceful he didn’t struggle or fight or anything please please tell me the truth DID I DO THE RIGHT THING it’s killing me 😢😢

Is not that hard to figure out. Is who they go to first when we get home. We have a teacup Yorkie, and she's very clingy....She likes to her carry and pet all the time. I take some time and carry her, but if my brother shows up, she just moves around her feet wanting to get down to run to him😅😅....She just leaves me there cold heartedly...😅😅

We had a Yorkie, who was my husband’s dog until I came into the picture. I was nobody to Bentley until I got to work from home and spent all day with him while my husband was at work. He was glued to me until hubs came back from work, then I was nothing again 😅. But a couple of years before he passed, I started becoming his person and was treated almost equal to the way he treated my husband. It’s been over 3 years since Bentley passed and there’s not a day that goes by we don’t think of him. I grew up with large dogs and even though their passings were painful, they didn’t affect me as bad as Bentley’s passing. I felt honored that he chose me to be his person too.

My little almost 11-year-old dog Caramel had to be euthanized yesterday… the pain is immeasurable. I miss him already and I know I’m going to miss so much as time passes. I won’t ever see him again, smell him, pet him, feel his presence, hear his cute little steps. I love you forever Caramel, I promise we will see each other again and we will all be reunited someday.

My pup seemed to know that she was at the Vet and about to go... she looked for an escape while I held her 😢 I'll never forget this. Even leaving the house, the garage quotient close and odd things happening...it was her time cause she was so ill but it kills me daily even over 3 years later

Im broken hearted. I had to decide to put my dog Gracie down on friday. I feel so guilty. She was messing all over the house, losing bladder and then bowels at noght. She was pacing all over. My husband was so mean to me and yelled at her. I couldnt take it anymore. Now i think i shouldve gottem rid of my husband. He didnt even care about her. 15 years later. Didnt even say goodbye to her. Didnt go with me. Im heartbroken. I loved her. Hope i see her again. Seeing her beother without her is heart breaking.

I’m stuck around this. I really don’t like the idea of euthanizing, but my kitty is dying and really hanging on a while😢😭😭 I just can’t bring myself to force him; I wish he would just let go in his sleep. He’s been very sick for the last few months and is refusing all food and water now, and it was the hardest decision ever to stop taking him to the vet for senseless, ineffective“treatments” and stress. Now whether to euthanize is an even harder decision though. I don’t know what to do
