I'm a huge fan of just carne guisada with homemade flour tortillas. When I was in school (cosmetology) about 30 something years ago..telling my age, lol... my roommate's mom and sister would come over on Sundays and make carne guisada and enchiladas, frijoles and homemade flour tortillas. They spoiled me like crazy. Sylvia and I would eat on this food for a week. Sooo...delicious 😋❤
