I prefer a Barbell Row over a pull up. Far more muscle worked, you can do it explosively and you can load the barbell. My brother can do pull-ups all day at 180lbs, he cannot row 380.. his low back, lats and rhomboids aren’t strong enough.

@@ElvisLifts Of course, as a Soldier in the Army, and a man that has been working out and heavy weight lifting for 20 years, I appreciate and respect you naturally getting to 15% body fat, I've been on a cut/ bulk for a little over 2 years now, and I am right at 200IBS, just a little under 9% body fat. I've always been natural, will never take any substance to artificially enhance my body,and as I'm sure you know is rather taxing on your energy at times. Keep getting stronger, I look forward to seeing your progress. 👍

Hey! My diet currently is high protein and around 2500kcal per day , other macros just fall in place more or less if you eat good foods. But I will make a diet video in future as well since it's huge part of weight loss/ strength gain/ muscle gain etc, even energy levels (feel good) is dependent on diet

1 year (but had prior training background) I did mostly bodyweight around 90% of workouts but I also did train legs in gym a bit here and there + weighted stuff like weighted dips etc

This video is the perfect example on why people should do these movements instead of relying on machines, this guy wasn’t using any belt or lifting straps at all, just raw, this is exactly how I train and I love it, training your stabilizers and very functional, all of these exercises are necessary for a strong functional body
