I don't wanna sound weird but he's a comfort figure to me, I've been SAed by ma grandfather and I never had a male older figure comfort me about it so since he looks like my dad and I love his voice when I saw this video I cried, it's my dream to just meet him and hug him

He hasn't 😅 but people grow up & have other commitments and interests. He is still very much Graham's friend.

Me encanta el hecho de que son amigos donde uno es muy extrovertido (Damon) y el otro algo timido (Graham) pero siempre Damon lo trata de la mejor manera ❤

Their closeness is something I've never seen before, i always wondered why they were so openly intimate.
@mania.v5 ай бұрын
I absolutely adore that they're not afraid to show that they love each other. They've been friends since they were kids (from the age of 12 I think) and they spend most of their youth together. That's when your personality forms - so it's an important time and people close to you then often end up friends for life. I totally get it. I have a friend I've known since kindergarten (attended same school and uni too) and we are just like that. Friends for life.

I met my best friend in kindergarten. We did everything together… watched movies, played in my backyard, rode our scooters to the gas station for ice cream, walked to school together, etc… we stayed friends all throughout elementary and middle school. I had the biggest crush on her back then, she was my favorite person, but I never had the courage to ask her out. We slowly stopped talking in highschool, and grew apart as people do. Now we’re twenty, she’s in a two year relationship with a toxic and abusive asshole and I’m a stoner and alcoholic with a dead end job and no friends. I wish I could just go back to being in kindergarten.

Damon's gift is of true collaboration of the noblest , purest form. Collaboration in which each contributor is actually able to infuse their own style/ input into it, as opposed to simply being a sound byte pasted on top of someone else's creation. All the parts are so seemlessly and inextricably sewn into a unified whole. Every time. This came thru SO CLEARLY when I saw Gorillaz live a few years ago. It was at the depths of Trump's reign , and to see all these utterly diverse musicians truly sharing the stage and sharing joy .. it just felt like EXACTLY what the world needed.. I totally cried.
