Yes there are many other options as well. But for high protein intake, cottage cheese is the best one.

Iron helps in many ways such as transporting oxygen in blood, hemoglobin production thus preventing anemia. It also influences mood and energy levels. Iron has many other functions as well, we will make a detailed video on it. Thanks
