Hello my Sunshines! I had a huge zucchini at home so I decided to try out a new recipe..-it's zucchini wraps and let me tell you: They were tha bomb 🤤 Here's the recipe: - 3 eggs - 100g of flour mixed with 1 tbsp of baking powder - 1 zucchini - some salt & pepper - some cheese of your choice (I used feta) - 200 ml of milk And some oil for your pan. Just throw it all in the mixer, bake until golden and enjoy 😉 Edit: My lil siblings had them finished before I could even blink, soooo...

Thanks! When I ask for this you told me that your middle split wasn't full yet, but you seem to be reeeealy close to the ground! Keep going! I'm going to start doing the front splits video and this one, any tips to get it as fast as possible?

Honestly I was pretty surprised yesterday by how close I got to the ground...what I can suggest is to make sure to warmup properly (this way you'll be a lot closer to the ground) and stay consistent! Once you've achieved the splits 2-3 stretches a week should be enough to keep the shape. To really get fast results I suggest to stretch about 5-6 times per week. Sometimes the body tells you when it's too much, then you should obviously slow down a little

I must say that I sort of "had" the front split since I can remember because of ballet training at a young age. But there were periods of time when I lost the flexibility on my bad side and it took me about 3 weeks to get it back.

Without the middle splits it's a bit different. I once had the full 180 degree split and stopped working on it and eventually lost the flexibility. Now I'm focusing on it for a about month and I'm almost there.

Here's the recipe (2-3 servings): Hummus: - can of chickpeas - 1 spoonful olive oil - some salt, pepper & spices of your choice - the water that comes with the can (add as much as you need for the right consistency) Blend, top with greens and enjoy... Pancakes: - 1 large zucchini - 1 egg - 30g flour - 1 teaspoon of baking powder - salt, pepper - 1/2 package of feta cheese You can roast any veggies of your choice (I used two carrots and the leftover chickpeas) and add some Miso paste or regular salt. Enjoy ❤

@@DianaHaas-il7hw, a timer for the entire workout to show how much time is left. For me at least, it helps me to know how much time is left in the entire workout to motivate myself to finish!

Thank you. I've been really enjoying your vids. Just a suggestion (if you havent heard it already), it would be really helpful if you had a voice over or talked us through the movements. Its really hard to follow with the workouts because I'm always having to look at my screen which can break momentum and concentration. Keep up the great work!
