A couple of weeks ago, I had a hard time walking. These days, jogging a distance of 5 kilometers has been feasible. I will definitely recommend plantar fasciitis remedy , Sαnzoka Mula (Go ogle it) to all my jogging pals, try it out yourself!.

It's just the opposite of what you should be doing. That's stretching the abductor, not strengthening it. So much misinformation and ignorance in these superbundant "training" videos

Take "abductor" out of the title, please. It is the adductor that is resisting, therefore strengthening.

I did all doues exercises 1000 times and my plantar fascia still in pain for over 5yers,maybe this exercises heslping at the beginning off this problem

guys, this is what you do, dont use the middle, put one foot on each wheel, and push and roll hard, its gona hurt like a bitch at first, but eventually it hurts goooooood, and u keep doing it really hard and it hurts even bettteerrrrr, then you use the middle to sooth the pain away

Seems like it is the exact opposite of what you should be doing - good for stretching, but not for strengthening. You want the muscle to get stronger at abducting, not adducting. In this exercise, the resistance of the elastic band is making the muscle stronger at pulling the big toe towards the other toes.

dhjw has it right. This stretches the Flexior Hallucis muscles, which has some benefit, but shortens and relaxes the aductor Hallucis muscle, the one needing to be strengthen to improve hallux valgus. This type of misinformation hinders people from finding true long lasting results

@@missibbubble Short Foot Exercise, and Toes Spread Out exercise. Focus on making that big toe move away from the toe next to it.
