All 4 of my kids slept on my chest until about 2-3😊 I think having a military mom helped me be a lighter sleeper and the excitement of my very own baby kept me very physically aware of our sleep space

In Flagstaff AZ there was a "Mothers Room" and there was a seat in there with coffee table/night stand thing and a changing table

Am from South Africa and was denied this after giving birth to my son and it really messed me up. But breastfeeding him helped me bond with him

I'm sorry to hear you were denied the skin-to-skin contact you wanted but happy to hear breastfeeding helped you to bond with your baby!❤

Definitely useful to start thinking about your breastfeeding journey before baby arrives, a bit of research and planning really helps.

The key is definitely a structured approach, we only allow screens at set times and for short periods, it is a challenge but doable.
@OfficialKatieMcCannАй бұрын
Sounds like you've got a good system going! Keep it up, and you'll conquer the screen time challenge!
@ashleyreadАй бұрын
We have a daily schedule with windows where screens are allowed. I find my kids moods are a million times better when they’ve not had any/much but so tricky, some days I fail completely!
@OfficialKatieMcCannАй бұрын
I feel you, some days are just a screen overload! Keep trying, it's all about finding what works for your family.
