If I had the means, I would purchase this Home and leave her sumptuous decor choices AS IS. I am decades younger than Ivana was and am a young woman, but I adore the Marie Antoinette/ Palais Versailles aesthetic! That is how I am decorating my own Home. 🖤

If i had the money to buy it, I would kick everyone out and restore it to a single home. It's so grotesque taking historical buildings and breaking them down into condos with modern fixtures. It's so ugly.

What happened ? It was going for 11.4 million ! I know he was having problems with HOA . Gorgeous home . You should have shown the upstairs with the bridge that goes over the koinobori pond and into the studio ! Just Gorgeous !

If it is the Amityville horror house, put the quarter-round windows back, make sure it looks right from the boat house. Find the original "High Hopes" sign, put it back in place... Get Zack Bagans and crew to stay, put cameras in place (pointed at upstairs rooms)etc.
