hi, the car has aux port, need to insert a aux jack to aux port, it is to activate aux audio. or you don't have sound from aux, or sound is too low

hello, do not have AUX you will with issue no sound only, wireless carplay is not influence by it. if the kit are from our store, you can buy USB-AUX from our store also, so cables are easy to connect. with our module, you can use car bluetooth as audio in carplay/android auto

Good morning, I watched your video and maybe you can help me? I connected my car play box {limcet box} as in your video. Unfortunately, on the monitor screen I only have reversing lines and radar sensors. I have different cameras in the car play box settings, but no change helps. The camera works on another monitor, so it works. My car is a 2020 Lexus CT 200h. automatic gearbox. What could be the reason for the lack of image??

Hi, mine arrived quickly (shippednto Australia), thank you, and I tried installing today. There are some differences between the video and my installation - I didnt have a blue plug connected when I took out my screen. When I connect everything (except for connecting the screen to the LVDS with the blue plug becaue I dont have one), it doesn't show when I long press the Home button when in Aux mode. Help please!
