To say that you should attend just because absence will come across as judgmental- that is for starters beyond ones control how decisions are perceived, and secondly, they are going to find another reason to call you judgmental or be critical of. Andy is a real chatterbox. He likes to throw in humor to alleviate the shock he is exposing his audience to. But he’s validating sin and deviant behaviour, a perversion that goes very deep. The floodgates are open. I wouldn’t take my kids to that church because they are affirming such behaviour and ignoring Romans 1 (18-32) which traces how homosexuality develops and festers.
