Excellent presentation. But, Clermont will never be my choice for living. It is too far to the Orlando International Airport. Also, hardly any 5 star restaurants. However, the elevation is perfect for heavy rainfalls.

I would contact a real estate attorney. I am not sure how your contract reads, but typically this is resolved before closing.
