I'm pretty sure I have two small calluses on the bottom heel of my foot since late spring. I don't know what to do anymore. I have used specifically corn and callus removers such as a liquid and the bandages.

If this wasn't the most useless uninformative video EVER! I couldn't point to one that was more useless than this one! Even videos that may have information that isn't quite right, were obviously much more thoughtful than this 42 second POS

The hands should also be examined for a proper diagnosis. In my case, I had swollen finger joints and later fibromas on the palmar fascia. The specialist I consulted in London described my problem as Dupuytren's Syndrome. He advised against surgery to remove the foot fibromas becayuse they typically returned larger than before after surgical removal.

Is it possible to have Hallux limitus/rigidus and valgus/bunion? My left toe has a bunion forming in the "usual" valgus place which is pushing my toe towards the other toes but i dont usually get pain at the bunion. But the toe is very stiff, doesnt have much extension movement very painful and swells and pain increases when i walk and bend it

One thing I forgot to say in my comment below is that you can eat natto or take nattokinase supplement so that you can scrub some of the plaque out of your arteries so you get better blood flow. The doc says there's not scientific Publications for some of these supplements but a lot of these supplements have huge amounts of published data for scientific studies, especially natto and nattokinase. A lot of the research on notokinase was done in Japan because not natto is a traditional fermented food in japan. Also, taking berberine regularly removes arterial plaque that reduces blood flow in the hands and feet. This is not instantaneous and it will take time to have an effect. If you're really unhealthy, it might take several months to scrub your arteries of plaque to the point where you get better blood flow. The other thing is make sure. Berberine is amazing at helping control blood glucose levels. Chronically high blood glucose levels contributes to arterial damage which reduces blood flow and increases the coldness feeling in our hands and feet due to poor circulation

This doctor is obviously not studying new science. I'm very skinny and have had cold hands and feet much of my life and I have to work outside in the cold for my job in the winter. I used to be afraid of the cold but here's the catch. We actually have to go through the discomfort of extreme cold to train the body to more quickly increase blood flow to hands and feet and the skin. So here's what you do. When you notice that you're getting to a point when hands and feet are cold too regularly, maybe because you have a sitting job and you're not able to move enough, you can put your hands in a pot of ice water for as long as you can take it but not more than 5 minutes, this will activate your genes in those areas to generate more blood flow to the area. Do the same thing with your feet. Works really well if you do a hot bath or sauna first and then the ice Water dunk for the feet or hands. This trick can improve circulation to that area for multiple days after just one treatment. In addition to this, exercise is one of the best things to improve blood circulation to the limbs and doing exercise regularly. You can also take Ginkgo to expand the capillary openings in your feet and hands to get better blood flow. Also taking cayenne pepper increases blood flow and can help the extremities of the body stay warmer

Hi Dr how are you. I have cmt. The braces, surgeries and physical therapy were helpful for the symptoms. But the cmt is not disease, cmt is a symptom of a disease. The cause I know can be found and a cure I know can be found, because if these pharmaceutical companies can whip up vaccines to cause the immune system to create parts of diseases then the cause of cmt can be found and a cure can be created. There are diseases out there that cause nuerological problems and atrophy which im experiencing now which are called tick diseases, mold and ebv and all are kind of dismissed, and other parts of my body are trying to get yo the atrophy stage by those causes. Causes and cures can and should be found.

Can we reverse posterior tendonitis
@AAden-pd6hh
@AAden-pd6hh 6 ай бұрын
You can always mitigate it. It may be differ on the each person but in my case I had a weak, elongated tib anterior muscle combined with a tight post tib muscle. The combination caused me post tib tendonitis as described in the video. Fortunately I didn't just live with it and did corrective exercises combined with stretching to get better. I'd be happy to give advice if you'd like. The 1st step would be to figure out if you can dorsiflex and invert your foot without difficulty.

YESSSSS this is exactly it! My big toes dont turn inwards like most bunions, it is like the cartilidge between the base joint is on fire and swollen up 10x bigger! I used to be so active, and I had a bad habit of always crouching down on the tips of my feet while next to my computer for long periods of time, and i think that strained the big toe joint too much! They hurt so much and i dont see a way i can take months off of work to recouperate if they are surgically addressed. Thank you for explaining this so clearly!
