I don't think those fair skinned Koreans look like they are from other world. I also think it is wrong to say it is skin whitening, because after that treatment they don't look like white.

One thing I loved about Seoul when I visited it last year was how many gardens there were and how great the weather was.

BUT THINGS WILL CHANGE. YOUNGER KOREANS ARE LEARNING TO SPEAK ENGLISH MORE FLUENTLY. THEN PEOPLE WILL MINGLE AT BARS AND CLUBS IN FUTURE.

People at clubs get drunk and sometimes get into scuffles. This is something that hapoens at bars and clubs, unavoidable thing that happens time to time. Korean police are called to settle the differences. KOREAN police dont speak English. They suck at English. Even the patrons barely speak English. KOREA IS ONE OF THE LEAST ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES IN ASIA. there is practical consideration here. And if a foreigner gets into a legal trouble or hurt in a bar fight than it can become a problem between nations. I dont why these people don't get this. Until Koreans learn to speak English better it makes sense korea as a country don't want to create situations where foreign guests end up in drunken bars where trouble cab develop that becomes an international conflict. Want proof? Are foreigners denied entry at Korean restaurants or stores or other places? Heck no.

That’s is incorrect East Asian people are not white they do not have light , pale or fair. That is actually the truth and the facts.

I live in Austria Vienna, and I came a girl who also lives here who literally had the same color of my "Beauty of Joseon Sunscreen" bottle. I was so confused, like there is being white skinned and then there was her.
