Seriously suggest investing in a decent microphone to improve audio. I had to turn the audio dial all the way up and even then it was still dull

I lived there for 10 years. It's bad. A very bad place to live. It's dangerous and the crime just keeps getting worse there, it's unattractive and is a frustratingly long commute into Downtown Seattle. From where I lived in South Everett. It took at least a solid hour, usually longer to get to my office in SLU. To top it off, if you buy a condo there you will not earn any profit even after 10 years. There is literally no reason to move there.

I had a pre-purchase home inspection 40 years ago. It was a monumental waste of money. The inspector missed an easily observable major structural deficiency and other important problems. I hope that the industry has cleaned up its act since then, because Helen Keller could have done a better job than this knothead.

Great video! Living on the East Coast currently and thinking of moving out to the Seattle area. Been watching a bunch of videos, including yours, and is the weather really that gloomy 9 months out of the year? Even in April, May, September and October, the weather is like that?

Shout out to the East Coast! I lived in Florida for a lil bit. You will have some days of Sunny weather from March-May and other months, but it is very short lived. Locals say that we have bipolar weather. We may slightly overexaggerate it but its cloudy and gloomy for the most part. However, the weather is pretty mild which is nice.
