Given that the subject's scar was an inch long and barely visible, I'm not convinced that he was in agony to start off with. This was a bit like squeezing a small zit and then claiming to have found a cure for leprosy as a result.

Gerardo, the painful spot linked to tachycardia is in between the 5th and 6th ribs on the right side near the sternum.
