I have no clue how you got so many subscribers while talking nonsense like this?!?! - top overlay image at 0:58 is from Marantz PM6006 - there is no inlet power filter, the small transformer and rectifier diodes are for standby voltage - explanation of a DAC and how it works makes no sense - toroidal transformers are nothing special and are in use for decades for various applications - 12000uF per rail is more than enough to filter the power, incredible how clueless you are - aluminum color is not white... - your explanation of electrolytic capacitors makes no sense. I heard the word "gass". Why??? - small brown capacitors are ELNA audio caps, "audio" caps are snake oil but nonetheless this are high quality capacitors. You really are clueless! Didn't you notice 12000uF caps are also ELNA? - trimmer potentiometer is as good of a component as any other, what are you blabbing about? - how in the heck would anything come from trimmer potentiometer to DAC? What the heck are you talking about? So much nonsense.

@JNElectrics11 күн бұрын
To increase the power by just a few watts, it may still be possible. You will need to replace the printed PCB circuit. You find amplifier circuit 5WPC

I've had a few drinks and came across this video. It's quite funny haha. The video doesn't mention the importance of speaker efficiency, which is crucial for my setup. My tube amplifiers require speakers with high efficiency to perform at their best. For example, my Sansui AU-719 is a powerhouse of an amplifier. Despite my tube amplifier being rated at 2x16 watts compared to the 2x100 watts of the Sansui, it seems much more powerful due to its harmonic distortion characteristics and how it interacts with efficient speakers.

Oh boy, I started to watch because the title intrigued me. But that terrible thick accent and those horrible images and editing made me stop right away. When you have such a terrible accent, you don't record it. You should write and article or ask someone else to speak but you have no business talking on a public forum. Absolutely unbearable.

Speakers don't have output power. Output power is an amp specification. Speakers have power handling (input power).
@JNElectrics17 күн бұрын
you are right.. Every speaker produces sound in the form of electrical power output, doesn't it?
@nchw6817 күн бұрын
@@JNElectrics Speakers do not output electrical power. They consume electrical power. Speakers are just linear AC motors operating at various frequencies. Speakers convert input power to mechanical vibrations. The vibrations move the air and are measured in decibels and expressed in SPL (sound pressure level).

And these are entry level bookshelfs with primitive design, pretty far from 'world class' lol
@Munakas-wq3gp17 күн бұрын
@@JNElectrics No, speakers produce sound as sound amplitude in air. They consume electricity, not produce it.

Great comparisons. I have the Marantz 7000N and it is a marvelous do it all device with its connectivity, great sound, and all round usability. I would like to have the loudness control that Yamaha has. This is an old fashioned control, widely used in 1960s- 1980s amps and I used it all the time in those decades.

The Nad is one of the few pure analog class AB amplifier on the market, doubling the price there is the Rega Brio and with some other money you can get the Marantz PM8006, the Audiolab 8300a at about 70W per channel, with the Musical Fidelity M2si, the Rega Elex, then the Rega Elicit and for some more money the A-S series from Yamaha A-S1200, A-S2200 and the A-S3200. The Nad C316BEE V2 also has a decent phono stage onboard. Thanks for the video.
