I have never known of anyone who used a glass breaker in a rescue. Every instance where I've heard of their use has been in car burglary.

Also, 110V/120V/220V/240V is not "one hundred and ten vee divided by one hundred and twenty vee divided by two hundred and twenty vee divided by two hundred and forty vee".
