Barrett, Blackadder and Ardie to start... Papali'i and Sititi to finish. Start Vaai and Darry. They simply hace to live with the SA locks, not necessarily win every battle, but live with them. Barrett would give the side physicality, carrying prowess and size. Ethan can do his work at 7...work rate all day. This allows Savea to be Savea and frees up the backs a little. The ABs don't need three backs on the bench. They have guys who are versatile. Havili and Reiko are great bench options for them if they go with B.Barrett at FB.

Personally, I think the AB's will win both test comfortably. They'll weather the initial storm, then set the pace, grind it out in the middle stages, blow the Boks away in the final quarter. The Boks will be hard to beat, but when are they not. This scenario is always the same everytime we go to SA. They're the favorites, we're the underdog, winning margin at Ellis Park - 25/26 to the Boks. I the ABs are fitter and have a lot more game breakers. That I believe will be the difference. 1. Williams 2. Taylor 3. Lomax 4. Vaii 5. Darry 6. Barrett 7. Cane's 8. Savea 9. Perenara 10. Mackenzie 11. Clarke 12. Barrett 13. Ioane 14. Jordan 15. Barrett 16. Aumua 17. Newell 18. Tu'ugafasi 19. No I don't think All Blacks will win both against a team like Springboks Caliber trust me, yes u can say that to a club like Argentina, Rasie is a very smart coach, he knows what it takes playing against old foe trust at least a draw is something is anticipated between these two giant 😅

@@Karma-qt4ji Don't understand your tattoo reference. Why would anyone even think of tattooing something like my post on their body is just plain stupid. Same as betting ones house on a game that means absolutely nothing in the bigger scheme of things. But, while we're talking, you sound supremely confident of a Boks win. Will you be betting your house? Is it made of glass...
@Fletcher80613 сағат бұрын
@@SihleFani-t6i That's your opinion and I completely understand your point. But, I think I'll stick with mine and also trust my gut instincts. We've all seen this movie before and Black almost always comes out on top. Rassie is a good coach, but I wouldn't exactly call him the messiah of coaches, just like I wouldn't reference Argentina as a club team. Always bet on Black!
@Karma-qt4ji11 сағат бұрын
@@Fletcher806 The tattoo reference was about different Kiwi fans before the last two World Cups who were so confident of the title win that they tattooed it on themselves. "supremely confident of a Boks win"? No, I am quietly confident that we have the ability to win, but I am not confident in the outcome; certainly not to your "(we) will win both comfortably" level. Don't put words in my mouth just to gloss over the words that came out of yours. I was merely pointing out that the level of overconfidence you seem to have has been known to humble people, make them look like idiots at times, and negatively affected their pockets. My advice, don't celebrate until the final whistle is blown.

Barrett at 8 , give,s height , extra size in line out and scrum , great go forward on attack and defence. Leave locks and props as per last test.Savea at 7 get on the ball even quicker with Blackadder . Back 3 , Barrett, Jordan, Clarke. leave the rest the same. Jacobson and Papaliti subs .

Boks are exactly the same as last year, and they only managed to beat us by 1 point. The Springboks looked strong against Wales (Ranked 11th) Portugal (Ranked 15th) and Australia (Ranked 9th). Nothing to write home about. They scraped by Ireland in that first game (Ireland should have won that, however a few bad calls from the ref went against them), and got dominated in the second and their discipline is rubbish. Already having 1 red card, and multiple yellows cards against them so far this year.

Agree with your centre pairing. Jordy and Reiko offer very little, they aren’t strong ball carriers nor can they score points. And for all those who say “Jordy can kick though” so can Dmac and Beauden, we don’t need a kicking 12 we need a ball running, distributing and tackle breaking midfield. Unfortunately they will go with Jordy and Reiko and we will lose both games.

They dropped Ioane for ALB against Argentina... need I say any more? And before you say he did nothing in the win, I prefer a player doing the bare minimum than a player conceding 2 tries because of poor defense.
@Scrotomus14 сағат бұрын
@@menditcottonfarmer Ioane made 5 tackles in the first game against England and missed 3. ALB historically has been an excellent defender and was played out of position at 13 in that game against Argentina. So now we are justifying Ioane being in the team because he does the bare minimum? Even more reason proctor should be 13 and ALB 12.

There is no way, in a million years, that they are not going to pick Scott Barrett as starting lock (and captain). Yes, Vaa’i and Darry played well in the last test against Argentina - but not so well in the 1st test where the collective back five was underpowered. The shift in form is possibly because Argentina compromised their own combination by shifting a flanker to lock. Let’s be clear, the All Blacks have missed the physicality of Scott Barrett.

Steenekamp, Louw, Nico Janse van Rensburg and Sasha are probably going to start in Pretoria with RG and Pollard on the bench. Wiese we will only see in Capetown.

Guys, Rassie will try different things. What they are is the question? A 1-1 result will probably be a success for Rassie, if he can further his depth building. RG Snyman is a great impact player , as is Ox. PSDT will end up in the 2nd row come the next World Cup. Dixon will fill that gap. That change may start sooner rather than later. Dixon will be on the bench at least. That’s a like for like swap. Ox’s strength is destructive when he comes on as an impact player. Steenkamp to start to continue that development. No Kitsoff I think. He’ll possibly start Wiese as he’ll want to reintroduce him, and he can bring on Kwagga if he’s struggling at halftime, as opposed to coming off the bench. Elrich Louw did well in Australia so it’s a tossup between them. While he’s tinkering I think he’ll want to keep the team as stable as possible. Pollard to start for the first test and then off the bench at 10 or 12 for the 2nd allowing him to start Sasha at home in Cape Town. He can always switch him out Sasha if he’s not working, or keep him on. There was a point to Pollard at 12 vs Australia. If he was looking to use Jayden I think he would have reintroduced him in Australia. Against the ABs, after effectively being 4th choice would be a surprise. ( behind Faff, who is recovering, Reinach, Williams), I don’t see. Willie is the 2nd playmaker and sees things no-one else does. Bench on the highveld will be 6-2.
