Literally everything in this interview was bullshit! Nothing but lies and misinformation. Life Time South Tulsa needs all new management, please. And a cold plunge. And while you’re at it, go back to 24/7 hours, since that’s where you started

good job 100 percent agree I am a carnivore so got meat good.. D3 and K2 are so beyond important. keep your blood levels at least at 70 to 80. also do magnesium and potassium. both magnesium and vitamin D3 helps keep blood pressure under control.

We are going on week 3 looking at a broken abductor machine at SLP. A handle broke that has nothing to do with how the machine functions but yet you completely disassembled it. I will bet a free membership that it would be fixed by Christmas If it was a broken pickleball net i know it would be fixed in minutes. Completely ridiculous, paying $175 a month and cant use machines because you refuse to fix them

It's racist to say that all black people have the same culture. There is no "black culture". A race is not a culture. There are black people all around the world with different cultures. Haiti, countries in Africa, the Bahamas, and the many distinct cultures in Western countries. Even within countries, like the United States, there are many, many different cultures of which black people are a part.

Why don’t you just always do what you do at 0:37 ? Wouldn’t it be impossible to return that? I’m very new to the sport so please help me out here 🙏

He is simulating Doubles play. In the video, there are only 2 players on the court but you would never be at the kitchen line, dinking back and forth like that when playing Singles because a major portion of the court is wide open. As you said, it would be impossible to return a shot to the open court. A common strategy in Doubles is to dink to move your opponents apart so when the ball is high enough for a speed up you can target the open space.

@@CWK090 Thank you so much. I watched multiple pickleball videos where I guess they are using the same strategy (simulating a doubles game with one person) and I was just so confused about the benefit of that.
