In my case it was "throttle body" - I didn't had specific cleaner, so I removed it and cleaned with break cleaner. After reinstalled it + connected, turned the ignition key once and put something on the accelerator pedal, so it open throttle. Then I applied break cleaner on a napkin and wiped the places where I couldn't get while throttle wasn't opened. After that the issue disappeared.

What was the purpose of this video if you didn’t identify the problem? Your BMW engine sounds really bad. It could be a tear in the fuel injection hose. It happened to my BMW X5 before. Sounded like one of the little racing cars.

Replaced the fuel filter(PITA without a lift) and fuel lines as well as throttle body gasket. Totally smoothed out on mine.
