We'll be fiiiine! :D I haven't ran a 10k yet. Most I've done was 8k and was very taxing on my body. Doesn't matter if I finish it walking or crawling or pulled by someone else, I'll cross that finish line. 😂 And you will too. ;)

I am happy we still have something patriotic to celebrate and something for our nation it has not changed it is good to be Scottish and it is good this is still going and open to everyone and on the world stage I remember before lost in my eyesight we had people from Kenya Ethiopia all overtaking part let's get back Glasgow marathon and put Glasgow on the world stage again

Despite Scotland's population being 96% white, I found the event very accessible and overwhelmingly welcoming to minorities such as myself. Get on the treadmill and join next year so you can experience it yourself.

Any news of who is going to be the elite athlete at regret Scottish run this year is eilish McColgan coming back RS at some other good elite runner thank you for any information and the run club you have it sounds good any more information on it or how we can contact you guys direct or get some help promote in our free run club thanks that would be good to get a little mention that the great scottish run forest off we are doing for community and encouraging people into running and getting them to do it for free free coaching free training and it is on three times a week ever inspiration is the great scottish run this is only been a few months we have established about 3 community on club and i were ready we will have about 7 people take part for the first time and go and do great scottish wrong
