The reason this is happening is because the Obama administration forced universities in 2011 to change the rules on such cases. Ie little if any due process to the accused and redefining assault to include just about anything including numerous ambiguos situations. But his administration created the perfect environment for these to flourish. By eliminating common sense rules about hot button topics an entire generation quickly adopted a new far more north korean style of justice.

2:10 this is very true. The unease following 9/11 cast a dark shadow over the psyche of Americans everywhere. The recession had a profound impact on families affected by it. I remember my dad losing his job and seeing our family go from having relative wealth and abundance to not being able to afford birthday gifts and having to go to food banks. Seeing that you can have everything taken from you like that changed my little developing mind forever. All the Gen Z i know started working at a young age and went to school, but we arent as hopeful for the future as past generations. Older generations mock us for complaining about working minimum wage jobs and assume we are just lazy but the facts are that 1. It can still be very difficult to find a job even with a college degree 2. You cant save up for a house working a minimum wage job anymore. You can work 2 jobs and still be just scraping by. If you are someone of an older generation who believes that Gen Z are just lazy and complain a lot, listen to what they have to say and reconsider your point of view.

Many students get enough financial aid and scholarship money to cover tuition. What they really need is a financial break in room and board. Perhaps look at student debt through that lens as well.
